• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Registration on slot99 is free of charge. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (MYR).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. slot99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to notify slot99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. slot99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account at any time pending investigation of suspected security incidents.

Each User may register one (1) Account only. If duplicate accounts are detected from the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household, slot99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void associated balances and bonuses without prior notice.

By accessing and using the slot99 Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes on slot99 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer physical processes, and that no wagering strategy guarantees a positive return over time.

You agree that you will, at all times:

slot99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian users: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals in BTC, ETH, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is MYR 20 for e-wallets and MYR 50 for bank transfers. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalent is MYR 30.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as they are confirmed by the respective payment gateway. E-wallet deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5–10 minutes.
• slot99 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. First-time withdrawers must submit a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad or passport).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on network conditions but are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• slot99 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceding MYR 10,000 within any 30-day period as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Maximum single withdrawal is subject to your Account tier limits, as published in the Platform's help section.

slot99 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winings derived therefrom.
• Single Claim: Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.

• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account;
• Conducting any activity that in slot99's reasonable assessment constitutes a violation of applicable Malaysian or international law.

All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on the slot99 Platform — including but not limited to the slot99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of slot99 or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from slot99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slot99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Services.

slot99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all commercially reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and stability — particularly during high-traffic events such as EPL match days and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures — temporary outages or technical disruptions may occur.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, slot99's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent allowed by applicable law.

slot99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to slot99's integrity, financial stability, or compliance obligations;
• The User is found to be below the minimum age of 21 years;
• The User has self-excluded or requested closure of their Account.

Upon termination for breach, slot99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account Balance, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawal requests. Where an Account is closed at the User's own request and there is no outstanding compliance issue, any real-money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

slot99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to active Users through on-Platform notifications or email communication to the registered address on file.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the Platform's legal section. Your continued use of slot99 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which slot99 operates. Users in Malaysia acknowledge that they access the Platform voluntarily and accept full responsibility for compliance with local laws applicable to online gambling in their place of residence.
